Terms of Service

1. Offer & Acceptance

LLC AITECHNOLOGIES (OGRN 1267800009971, INN 7806634037) offers a non-exclusive license to use MyShopAI under this agreement. Acceptance: registration / login / demo request / trial start / payment.

2. Subject

Business-use license access to the MyShopAI service for the duration of the paid period (or Trial).

3. Trial

14-day free trial. One trial per account at the Licensor's discretion. Access ends after trial unless a paid plan is selected.

4. Pricing & Payment

Trial — 14 days. Paid plans after Trial: ₽600/month and ₽1,800/month. Payment is upfront. The price of a paid period is locked at the time of payment.

5. Support

Business days 10:00–18:00 (MSK). Channels: email / Telegram.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Service is provided for business use. Refunds are generally non-refundable. Exceptions: duplicate payment or prolonged provider-side outage — reviewed individually.

7. Limitation of Liability

Recommendations are advisory; decisions are made by the User. The Licensor is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Total liability is limited to the last 1 month payment, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. External AI models receive the minimum necessary context.

9. General Provisions

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on the website. Disputes: pre-trial negotiation first, then at the Licensor's jurisdiction.
